Analytics & Measurement
Setting up measurement that answers one question: is this working, and how do you know?
Marketing without measurement turns into opinion, and opinion is expensive. The purpose of analytics is narrow and practical: to tell you which activities produced results, so you can do more of those and stop paying for the rest.
That requires more than installing a tracking script. Analytics out of the box reports traffic, which is an activity, not an outcome. Turning it into something decision-worthy means defining what counts as success — a form, a call, a booking — tracking those events reliably, and connecting them back to the channel that produced them.
The last stretch is reporting: presenting it in a way that leads to a decision rather than a dashboard nobody opens. A report that does not change what you do next is overhead.
Set up Google Analytics first, then Goal Tracking — traffic numbers alone will not tell you much.
