Google Review Management
Reviews decide which business people call, and they feed the map pack and AI answers. We help you collect them steadily, reply to every one, and deal with the ones that break Google's rules.
What does a review management service do?
Review management is the ongoing work of asking customers for reviews, replying to them, watching for new ones across the sites that matter, and reporting reviews that break platform policies. The goal is a steady stream of recent, genuine reviews and a visible record of how you treat customers.
Google lists prominence as one of its local ranking factors, and review count and rating are part of it. Reviews also do a second job: they're what people read before calling, and what AI assistants summarize when someone asks for a recommendation.

What we won't do
We don't buy or write reviews, offer customers anything in exchange for one, or send the request only to customers we expect to be happy.
All three break Google's policies, and fake reviews are also covered by the FTC's rule on consumer reviews. Google can remove reviews in bulk or restrict a profile when it finds them, so a shortcut can cost you the reviews you earned honestly.
Dealing with something specific?
These guides cover the most common review problems and what you can do about each.
Review management questions.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Only reviews that break Google's policies, such as fake reviews, reviews from competitors, or off-topic and abusive content, can be reported for removal, and Google decides. A genuine negative review stays. What we can do is make sure it gets a good reply and is outweighed by a steady flow of recent reviews.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask. The rules are about how: ask everyone rather than only happy customers, don't offer anything in return, and don't ask employees or family to review you.
Who writes the replies?
We draft them in your voice. Routine thank-you replies go out directly, and replies to complaints wait for your approval, since you know what actually happened.
Do reviews affect rankings in Google Maps?
Google says review count and rating are part of how it judges a business's prominence, one of its three local ranking factors. Reviews aren't the only factor, but a profile with few or old reviews is hard to rank and harder to choose.
Is review management part of local SEO?
Yes. It's included in our local SEO plans alongside Google Business Profile management, because the two work together.
